Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
